Robins class / Mrs HubbardBelieve, Achieve, Belong.

In Robin Class the children love playing and working together. We have a “Can do” attitude like Ambitious Aled and the children are encouraged to be determined and “Go for Gold” in their work.
This term our “Concept” is “Nature”. Robin class decided together to look at weather and climates. We have been learning about the four Seasons and comparing hot and cold climates. We have written fact files about animals that live in Polar Regions and will be writing persuasive texts about Arctic Animals. In our Numeracy work we will be focussing on Money and beginning to learn about multiplication and division through sharing in equal groups. We will be beginning to learn the 2s,5s and 10s times tables.
- PE every Monday-leggings/joggers and trainers to be worn.
- Outdoor learning session fortnightly on a Monday-wellies and a waterproof coat needed/wet weather suits if very wet.
- Reading books-Bring to school on a Monday when books will be changed. Book bags to be kept at home for a full week as two books are given.
- “My Maths” online homework is generally set weekly on a Friday.
