Curriculum Overview
At Gorseinon Primary School we believe that every child should be encouraged and nurtured in order for them to become lifelong learners of tomorrow. We want our pupils to believe that they are ambitious and capable learners, ethical and informed citizens, healthy and confident individuals and enterprising and creative learners. We believe in encouraging and nurturing their interests, curiosity and creativity in order for them to reach their full potential. At the heart of our curriculum is a desire within our school community to have a voice which is heard and valued as we want our pupils to have a say in what they would like to learn about. We believe that our “concepts” based curriculum allows for all areas of learning to be explored in an exciting, interesting and most importantly a fun way.
